Kropps %26amp; Bobbers on Ludlow St %26amp; the Patricia Field Salon on Bowery both specialize in punk rock hair, so they'll be super familiar with mohawks. There's also Pimps %26amp; Pinups down the street on Ludlow and Salon Bordello near 1st %26amp; 1st. I think most of these places are in the $60-90 range. (Darn Manhattan prices.)
If you are going to get a mohawk for a haircut, do it yourself. You will need to save every penny, because after your haircut you will most likely be without a job.
